Q: Why should I rent from Creekside Mini Storage?
A: Since we are run by a local family, we provide low cost, easy-to-use storage space. We don’t have a lot of corporate rules that the big storage facilities make you sign up for. We are a “mom and pop” storage facility. We are conveniently located in a secure location behind Santa Cruz County Bank on Scotts Valley Drive.
Q: What hours do I have access to my storage unit?
A: All storage units are accessible 7 days a week from 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Outdoor units (all 10x20’s and larger) are accessible 24 hours a day.
Q: Do you offer short-term storage?
A: Yes, we offer month-to-month rentals and just ask that you give us 30 days notice when you are terminating your storage use.
Q: What do I pay when I first rent my storage unit?
A: You pay the first month of your rent (pro-rated based on your move in date) and a security deposit that equals ½ of your monthly rent.
Q: What is needed to move in my new storage unit?
A: Simply bring a lock and a light bulb.
